Meditation Practice

Meditation has been shown to provide many health benefits. There have been scientific based studies on the use of meditation and how it can help. It helps in numerous ways like reducing stress and anxiety, make you more self aware, and improve sleep to list a few. There are really too many benefits for me to list them all.

If you are someone who thinks I can’t meditate or I’ve tried and it doesn’t work for me. From my experience of the very same response is to give it a chance. We are all coming to it from a different place. What works for you might not work for someone else. Do what feels right to you and have no judgement. Like when you started to ride a bike, it took time and practice to master it. Give yourself a break and just be open to trying it. Before you say it doesn’t work for you create a consistent practice. Notice small changes in yourself along the journey.
