Where is your happy place? One of mine is Nature. When we explore nature, breath deeply the clean air, and step out of our everyday life we receive health benefits. Today in modern life we are overstimulated and our brain needs a break which nature can provide. Just that break alone can have restorative benefits and improve our overall mood and sleep. It is thought to lower blood pressure and improve overall mental health. Don’t take my word, give it a try. Take a break during the day and enjoy nature!
