You are what you eat

I eat baked goods and pizza! Just not everyday.

Ever notice when you eat things that are loaded with sugar and preservatives that you crave more of them? It’s because the body becomes addicted to them. It creates a cycle of bad eating. When you continue to crave them you will continue to satisfy yourself with them. You are really never satisfied so you continue to eat more.

It becomes a cycle of making bad choices. You stop caring because you think whats the point. One day you realize you haven’t gotten off the couch for hours and that bag of chips is empty.  How did that happen? You have no energy and crave processed foods. The excuses are limitless for what we tell ourselves why we are doing this.

It’s not just what is visible to you, imagine what is going on inside your body. Depending on how long you have been eating that way will determine how bad your reactions are. Eating this way creates inflammation and can lead to chronic illness.

Get out of the flames of inflammation and try what Mother Nature has provided us. Basic whole foods without any added preservatives or sugar is what your body should be craving. You will be amazed at how your energy will return. One good choice will lead to another. Before you know it you will be on the road to wellness. After eating this way for a few weeks you will be amazed at how your body is able to heal itself. You will be resilient and beautiful from the inside out!
