Protect yourself from Stress

This year has been one that will be talked about for years to come. Everyone’s situation is different but one thing we can be sure of is that we all have been living a stressful year. Now more than ever it is important to take time throughout the day for yourself. Find a place that you call your own and go to it throughout the day. If it is a place that you cannot physically go to, go to that place in your mind. Find a few quiet moments away from the family, to do list, bills, and requests on our time. There is so much science that has proven living a mindful life and a daily meditation practice will improve your holistic wellness. It can actually rub off on those around you.  They may be influenced to try it out when they see how it makes you easier to be around.
