Patterns are everywhere in the universe. Birds flying in an organized pattern. Traffic flow is a pattern. Daily activities can become a pattern. The problem occurs when the pattern becomes harmful.
At the beginning of the year, I wanted this year to be about me. You might think well that’s a selfish thing to say. In reality, I never put me on any to-do list.
Personally I am going through a life change named Perimenopause. This life change has forced me to pause and analyze every area of my life including my habits.
I’ve started to practice quiet moments where I journal. Writing my thoughts down has helped me quiet my mind. I am also practicing meditation and visualization more.
These are slowing becoming new patterns in my life and I already feel the benefits.
